Mission Statement

"It is our goal at Westwind Milling Co., LLC to create a successful business; content people producing healthy food for our community. We strive to improve the economic viability of our 120 acre Michigan farm, as well as that of other Michigan farmers. While strengthening our economic viability, we will show that we can, at the same time, protect the Earth that the farm, the mill, and people depend on for sustenance."
